What it is…

Conceived by a Navy SEAL and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, the TRX Suspension Training® system utilizes two six to seven feet adjustable, heavy-duty, nylon strips with soft foam handles and straps at the end, in conjunction with your own bodyweight and natural resistance to help build power, sculpt hard, defined muscles, increase flexibility, balance and mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the best pace and intensity for your level of fitness. A simple and portable training system, TRX was design to be taken and used anywhere.

Why it works…

The TRX Suspension system is so effective, with only 30 minutes, you can work your entire body. An extremely efficient workout, since you’re suspended by the bands, each exercise requires you to tighten your core and stabilizer muscles in order to complete the movement properly and with control, effectively helping you to get twice the workout in half the time. And by using your own bodyweight and gravity’s natural resistance, you’re also working to prevent injury and strain common with the use of heavy weights and bulky equipment, while developing long, lean and flexible muscles.
