Background: Jon is a 2005 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High school where he was a football letterman and All-Pac-10 First Team Attack and All-Area First Team Attack in lacrosse. He studied Sports Management at West Virginia University and he’s continuing his studies at Temple University where he will be graduating in August of 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management. In addition to his tenure training under Train With Corey Founder, Corey Dissin, he has additional experience training locally in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Boxing. Jon is also a coach for the Pottstown based Wildcats LAX program.

Specialties: Sports Specific Training is what I love to do and what I know the most about.

Favorite exercises: Bench Press and Core Movements because the bench press is the base of building a strong chest and should be included in almost all chest workouts. I love doing core movements because I have a strong core and love to continue to sculpt my abs, but more importantly a strong core is the building block of building other strong muscles.

Favorite part about being a Train with Corey personal trainer: Being able to forge solid personal relationships with my clients and help them achieve a better quality of life through exercise. Also I enjoy being able to work with people I like to be around and knowing that we can all learn from each other.

Best advice for someone considering the Train With Corey way: You must have it set in your head that you want to make a change. Once you have come to that crossroad, jump on our band wagon and we can take you to your destination down whatever path you choose safely and soundly.
