Background: Teresa served as a law enforcement officer for 15 years and retired as a chief of police in 2005. She currently works full-time for Temple University’s Law Enforcement Academy as a coordinator and instructor of the constable training program.

Teresa is an avid cyclist, runner, duathlete, and hopes to run her first half marathon in 2011. She is certified as a personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
Specialties: Having struggled with weight most of her life and with a strong family history of heart disease and diabetes, Teresa lost more than one hundred pounds three years ago and has maintained her current weight by embracing a new lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise as part of her daily routine. She takes great joy in motivating and encouraging others, especially those who struggle with weight management issues, to exercise and make healthy changes in their lives. She will be your biggest cheerleader in your fitness endeavors.
Favorite exercises: Teresa is a big fan of training clients in full-body circuit type training. Most recently she began training with kettlebells. She can custom fit a plan that works for you
Favorite part about being a Train with Corey personal trainer: As the “new kid on the block,” Teresa looks forward to forging lasting relationships with individuals on staff and among her clients who share her passion for fitness.
