Train with Corey put some much needed energy into my practically dead fitness routine. On my own, I’d been doing a mix of treadmill, elliptical, some light  barbells and yoga balls, but I wasn’t feeling any real benefits. But after just 30 minutes twice a week of Corey’s workout using boxing moves and other tricks he had up his sleeve, I felt that I had finally found the kind of workout that would have me begging for mercy and more!
